\nIn the absence of specific stipulations and agreed in writing between the parties, all orders are automatically subject to these general conditions of sale unless expressly waived by us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Orders<\/h2>\n

All our deliverable wine offers are valid while stocks last. For en primeur wines, please refer to the conditions appearing on the offer, within the limits of available stocks. Orders are confirmed by sending the invoice but are only final after receipt of the total price of the goods. The minimum order amount is 1500 euros.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Payment terms and conditions<\/h2>\n

Our prices are expressed in euros and are exclusive of taxes and transport costs.<\/p>\n

Payment for the goods is made in full when ordering, either by check payable to La Berg\u00e8re, or by transfer to our bank account and must be made within 30 days from the date appearing on the invoice. No extension of maturity can be granted without our express prior consent. If a customer places an order without having paid for his previous orders, La Berg\u00e8re may suspend the order and the delivery of the goods and this without the possibility of compensation for the customer.<\/p>\n

Early wines<\/h2>\n

The order of en primeur wines gives rise to the payment of a deposit in order to reserve the wines. Upon receipt of your order accompanied by payment, we will send you a paid pro forma invoice excluding tax. Delivery is subject to full payment of the order after the wines have been made available by the property, either N+2 or beginning of N+3 for vintage N.<\/p>\n

Deliveries<\/h2>\n

In the case of a carriage paid sale.<\/p>\n

The goods are insured by us during their transport. From the date of payment of the order, La Berg\u00e8re will make every effort to deliver the specified goods. The order will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. Delivery times are given for information only and cannot be guaranteed. Upon receipt of the goods, it is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to make any necessary observations in the event of breakage, damage or missing items, by expressing their reservations on the delivery slip and in within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt from the carrier, with a copy to the seller, in order to preserve his rights. After 48 hours no complaint can be taken into account.<\/p>\n

Payment delays<\/h2>\n

In the event of non-payment of the price after the due date of the invoice, the sale price will produce interest at the French legal rate in force. Without further formality, in the event of late payment of more than thirty days past this formal notice, the seller may at its option:<\/p>\n

\u2013 cancel the sale<\/p>\n

\u2013 continue the sale during the day<\/p>\n

In the latter case, the price of the wines owed by the buyer will be that of the updated price as shown in the seller's file.<\/p>\n

The property<\/h2>\n

Our goods remain our property until full payment of the invoices.<\/p>\n

Cork taste and old vintages<\/h2>\n

Even if all our wines are stored in ideal conditions in our cellars, it is impossible for us to guarantee the impeccable condition and quality of vintages over ten years old. Furthermore, we cannot exchange corked bottles.<\/p>\n

Descriptions, Label Status, and Levels<\/h2>\n

We specify that the wines in original wooden cases and without specific mention correspond to a perfect state as much with regard to the level as with regard to the label or the capsule. Wines in wooden cases or neutral cardboard without specific mention may however present some differences from one bottle to another. The condition of wines aged 15 or more corresponds to the condition generally observed for wines of the same vintage.<\/p>\n

Exclusivity<\/h2>\n

The prices of our wines are intended exclusively for distributors, importers and collectors. In addition, certain wines are reserved and available for certain markets exclusively. Given the rarity and speculative nature of Grands Crus, La Bergere reserves the right to restrict the quantities available in order to satisfy our customers and suppliers.<\/p>\n

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

These general conditions of sale are subject to the application of French law. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the parties expressly agree to submit the dispute to the Commercial Court of Libourne.<\/p>\n

Use of information<\/h2>\n

The information recorded on the interfaces of the site can be a support for external communication except in the event of refusal by the customer. Certain information may also be communicated for reasons of legal obligations.<\/p>\n

For your health<\/h2>\n

Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959 and Law No. 74-631 of July 5, 1974 prohibit the sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 16. Any customer ordering wine from SARL LA BERGERE undertakes to be 16 years old on the date of the order. For your health, consume in moderation.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> \n<\/div>
