    AOC COTES DU RHONE

    A clear and brilliant colour, yellow gold with silver highlights. The nose is intense and expressive with ripe fruit, white peach and apricot notes. The second nose develops aromas of quince with a floral acacia and a hawthorn-type side. It gives a large volume in the mouth and a lovely finish.

    SITE

    The vines are located in the village of Saint-Hilaire d'Ozilhan.

    GRAPE VARIETY

    1/3 Roussanne -1/3 Viognier -1/3 Grenache white.

    SOIL

    Sandy scrubland, Stony marl and Pebbles.

    GROWING METHOD

    Organic farming and fertilizer. Tillage and weed of the vines. Photosynthesis and severe disbudding of the vines.

    SURFACE AREA

    15 hectares.

    DENSITY

    8000 vines / hectares.

    VINIFICATION

    Fermentation at 14°C for 25 days. Batonnage on lees.

    AGING

    7 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
