A bright colour and flavours of violets and spice. The mouth is crispy with subtle tannins and a nice finish, with this typical charming delicacy of the 2011 vintage.

In the vineyards they practice lutte raisonnée. They stopped the heavy treatments a long time ago. They plough the vineyards and try to respect nature as much as possible.
