Domaine des Gandines – Mâcon Peronne
AOC MACON
A lovely pale yellow wine with bright green hues. The nose develops aromas of fresh lime and a slightly salty aftertaste. The palate is perfectly balanced with an intense mineral flavour due to the soil.
ESTATE & WINE MAKER
The estate was established in 1925. In 1979, Robert Dananchet took over the estate from his father. Robert continued the work in wines while respecting the tradition and terroir using no herbicides or chemical fertilizers, and increased the size of the estate. Since the arrival of Benjamin Dananchet in 2005, the vineyard is in organic farming. Father and son have the same philosophy of producing great Chardonnay wines while respecting the earth, the living environment, and health.
