Domaine de la Jasse – Les Voiles Latines
AOC COTEAUX DU LANGUEDOC
A wine of bright red colour with purple reflections. The nose is charming with fruity notes, berries and some floral hints. The impression is fresh and the palate is full, with tannins coated on a silky grain. You’ll find a nice mouth aroma extending fresh fruit (cherries), berries (blackberries) and spicy notes.
WINEMAKER
Chief winemaker, also the current owner of Domaine de la Jasse, Bruno Le Breton, was greatly influenced by the love of the last owner of the domain, Hans Walraven, for intense and mature wines. Loyalty to the land and (micro) climate, limited performance, respectful reasoned environmental culture and ageing in oak barrels are his warhorses.
