Domaine Borgeot – Pinot noir
AOC BOURGOGNE
Red
The colour is as light as a ruby, with a nose that has the characteristics of a delicate Pinot noir. The palate has a smooth fluidity and freshness, while the fruit flavours are crispy and gourmand. The final flavour has an interesting acidity with typical earthy flavours.
WINE MAKER
The great-grandfather of Pascal and Laurent created the Domaine, and Pascal Borgeot and his brother Laurent have been running Domaine Borgeot since 1977. In 2007, Laurent and Pascal Borgeot decided to rebuild the whole thing from scratch. They had spent the years from 2007 to 2009 modernising their facilities, equipping them with a new climate-controlled cuverie and two pneumatic presses.
