Château Picque-Caillou (red)

    AOC PESSAC-LEOGNAN

«A brilliant, very bright vermilion colour that is particularly deep for this vintage. A smooth and delicate nose with subtle vanilla notes coming. Spices, as usual, are present in a very elegant style. The wine is very long and silky smooth. It has great harmony and a delicate texture. A creamy finish brings notes of roasted coffee beans which add to the wine’s complexity. The tannins are savoury and coated. A real success in this difficulty vintage ». Jean-Claude Berrouet’s (Oenologist for Château PETRUS)
