A pale light yellow wine with green reflections showing delicious aromas of balanced crunchy fruit. The Bouquet is intense and delivers a delightful freshness supported by persistent hints of muscat grape.

WINE MAKER
This 400 year old vineyard has been acquired by the two brothers Stéphane and Alain in 1997. Alain gained experience through visits to South Africa and through the advice of his father Claude; an acclaimed wine taster. Stépahane joined the family business, bringing his business knowlegdge gained from 11 years in practice.
SITE
Domaine Darzac is located in the heart of Gironde in the hilly Entre Deux Mers Region.
GRAPE VARIETY
20 % Semillon, 40% Sauvignon,
20% Muscadelle.
SOIL
Clay and chalk.
GROWING METHOD
Sustainable viticulture. There is no use of synthetic herbicides or pesticides within the vineyard and the grapes are mechanically harvested.
SURFACE AREA
33 hectares.
DENSITY
60 hectoliters / hectare.
VINIFICATION
Vinification occurs at the Château. The wine is vinified for 21 days under controlled temperatures and then bottled in the Château.
AGEING
12 to 15 months in barrels.
